2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a jeta7a account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting as principal and on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a jeta7a account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of jeta7a or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with jeta7a or any related platform.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. jeta7a relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta7a username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeta7a will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jeta7a's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeta7a may at any time, and in particular before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, require you to verify your identity by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Smart Card issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladesh Passport (personal details page).
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA.
• Utility bill or bank statement (not older than 90 days) showing your registered address.
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by jeta7a may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed to jeta7a's satisfaction.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeta7a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to bank approval. The list of accepted methods may change and the current available methods will be displayed in your account dashboard.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳20. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set at the platform level and may also be applied by individual players via the responsible gaming tools in account settings. jeta7a reserves the right to adjust platform-level deposit limits at any time.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied their applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested against the bonus-derived balance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.
• jeta7a reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

3.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeta7a account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional security checks are required.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jeta7a are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. Wagering contributions from different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed during periods when bonus funds are active may count towards wagering requirements only as specified in the promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

A player is eligible to claim any given promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. jeta7a reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or by creating multiple accounts.

4.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with their applicable requirements within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated or refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta7a platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or miscalculations in the platform software or game logic.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jeta7a to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards other players or jeta7a staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to jeta7a's backend systems.
• Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent a suspension by opening a new account.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any jeta7a software.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the jeta7a platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeta7a or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited Licence

jeta7a grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jeta7a platform without jeta7a's prior written consent.

7.1 Platform Availability

jeta7a endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to its Services. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond jeta7a's reasonable control. jeta7a shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, opportunities, or data arising from any period of unavailability.

7.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeta7a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jeta7a in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

jeta7a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if jeta7a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Data Collection

jeta7a collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it is shared, and how it is protected.

8.2 Marketing Communications

With your consent, jeta7a may send you promotional communications about offers, bonuses, and new features via email, SMS, or in-app notification. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the delivery of transactional or account-related messages.

jeta7a is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides the following player-protection tools, all accessible free of charge from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jeta7a. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period and cannot be undone simply by contacting support.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and jeta7a, you should first contact jeta7a's support team, providing full details of your complaint. jeta7a will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through informal discussion, the matter shall be referred to formal dispute resolution proceedings as outlined in clause 10.2.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta7a with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties, whether oral or written.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent possible, preserving the intent of the original agreement.
